I ordered from friendsnyc.com and the stuff is really cute, but the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. I kept checking the tracking like... okay, is it coming or...? Kind of annoying because I was excited to get my order.

I did end up getting the exchange sorted, so that part was fine. But the replies were slow, and the return label details were a little confusing at first, so... yeah, it wasn’t the smoothest process

I tried browsing Friends NYC on my phone, it got annoying fast. The site is cute, really cute, but the pages were loading slowly, the filters felt clunky, and every time I checked out an item, I kept getting bumped back to the top. So frustrating, so frustrating.

I wanted to keep shopping, but the whole experience just didn’t feel smooth. The cart and checkout stuff felt a little awkward too, and I ended up giving up before placing an order. Love the vibe, but the site definitely needs some work

I had a good experience with Friends NYC... I ended up messaging customer service last minute because I had a question about my order.
They got back to me the next day and were actually really nice, not like some robotic copy-paste response. They helped update my shipping info before the order went out, which I really appreciated.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I do wish the first reply had been a little quicker... but overall, they were helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with...

I ordered a few little things from Friends NYC, and it all showed up exactly how I picked it out. The sizes, colors, and those small extra bits were all right, and there wasn’t any weird swap or missing item or anything like that.
Shipping was normal, and the package came in fine too. i was mostly just relieved I didn’t have to email anyone about this or that being wrong, because that happens way too often with other shops lol. I’d order from them again...

I ordered a couple small gifts from Friends NYC, and I can’t remember if they got here earlier than expected or if I just lost track of the days, but either way everything arrived in great shape. The box was just the right size, not one of those giant boxes for two tiny things, and everything was wrapped really carefully. Nothing was crushed or scratched, and the fragile item had extra padding around it, which I appreciated. It definitely felt like someone took a minute to pack it properly. No complaints at all, I’d order from them again.

I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Sometimes the descriptions are too thin and don’t tell me enough about the size, material, or what the item looks like in real life. For the prices, I’d want clearer details before buying, so while the selection is nice, I don’t always feel totally confident ordering.

They do have some unique items, which I can appreciate, but most of it just wasn’t my style. I also got the feeling my message wasn’t really read, which made the whole experience a bit disappointing

Pickup was easy. I got there and the staff had my order ready, so that part was simple. Delivery was a different story though. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking wasn’t very clear. I also sent a message asking about it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. Not the worst experience, just average. I’d probably stick with pickup next time instead of having it shipped.
